"I earned  6 credited seasons with the Broncos and Falcons from 2000-2005. This email is in reference to the 5Q workshop I attended here in Atlanta a few months back. Bob Beck did a wonderful job motivating and challenging all the former players that attended. I attended the workshop with hopes of finding some direction as I look to make career changes in my life. I left the workshop with tremendous hope, optimism, and skills that I continue to use to this day.  The workshop challenged me to get out of my comfort zone. The workshop challenged me to apply all my football attributes to real world situations. The NFL needs the 5Q workshop available to all players current and former. I have gotten out of my comfort zone and put myself in situations that are coming to fruition this very moment. I not only advocate for the 5Q workshop, but advocate for Bob Beck and all that he can offer. Bob Beck understands what players need as they make transitions in their life. Bob continues to make himself available and still helps me now. The transition from football to the real world can be very difficult.  Bob has made that transition much smoother for me and I am grateful to have him as a resource in my 5th Quarter."
