I wanted to send you an email Bob to thank you personally for the impact that you had on my wife and I.  This weekend was a one that will forever change our lives for the better and what's so ironic about the whole thing is that we almost did not come being that the workshop fell on the day of our 10 year anniversary.  My wife tried everything in her power to talk me out of making us go to your workshop and I must admit she was pretty convincing.  She was telling me as we were in  the bed debating whether we were going to attend or not that it was going to be things that we heard before, that the time was too long, but boy was she ever wrong.  The information presented was so insightful, so impactful, that the time went by like nothing. 

Plus I liked the format that you used because it wasn't just you lecturing us but it was an interactive and engaging dialog between yourself and the participants.  I learned from your workshop that as a former professional football player for me to make it, and play with the best of the best in the world in the NFL, that I already possess all the tools that I need be successful in the 5Th quarter otherwise I would not have made it to the league.  Through your workshop, you showed me how to tap into those special qualities that are within me which I must admit have been dormant since i stopped playing.  And for that my life will forever be changed and I want to thank you for that. 

My wife received an abundance of knowledge and revelation as well, she discussed with me that the thing that really touched her was when you told her that if she never takes time to take care of herself and continually give of herself and caters to everyone else's needs and never tends to her own that she would eventually become resentful and that for her was an Ah Ha moment that we talked about Sat.  Now she is taking steps through your advice to take time for herself as she takes care of her family.  As a matter of fact after Sat. we had no baby sitter for Sun. so that meant she would have to watch our son and miss Sun. and she told me that it was no way she was missing Sun. so we drove an extra 30 minutes out of the way just so her mother could watch our son so she could be in attendance on the last and final day.  Needless to say I did not have to convince her how helpful this workshop would be to taking our lives to the next level on Sunday. 

I just want to encourage you to keep letting God use you Bob, what you are doing is a blessing not only to the players but to their wives and significant others as well.  It is my hope that the Players Association makes your workshop a mainstay that we as players can enjoy and attend each every year.
